Exeter Airport Details

Exeter Airport is just 5 minutes from the M5 and lies approx 5 miles east of Exeter city centre on the A30. The airport terminal is not open 24 hours, but will be open up to 3 hours prior to the first flight each day, closing after the last aircraft movement (unless check-in is open). If you are driving to the airport, airport parking is probably high on your list of things to pre-book. There are 2 short stay car parks outside the terminal building and 2 long stay car parks in the airport grounds which are served by shuttle bus to the terminal. If you don't want to drive into the airport there are local airport parking providers offering Meet & Greet or Park & Ride services.

On arrival at the Terminal, you will find the check-in desks straight ahead of you. Depending which airline you are travelling with, you might be able to use the self-service check-in ad the automated check-in for hold luggage. For premium service through security you can purchase a voucher on arrival, allowing you to use the Fast-Track channel. Before passing through security (land-side) there is a WH Smith and a cafe. Toilets and cash machines for Sterling and Euros are located throughout the terminal. Once you are through security (air-side) and into the Departures lounge you can access the free WiFi and the Duty Free shop which offers a collect on return services to passengers travelling within the EU. There is also a WH Smith, a coffee shop with sweet and savoury snacks, a bar with views over the airfield and a restaurant serving breakfasts, meals and snacks. Exeter Airport has an Executive Lounge which provides a comfortable environment for anyone seeking a little quiet time prior to flying or maybe some business to attend to. The lounge has views over the runway, free WiFi, complimentary drinks, snacks, papers and magazines. It is also equipped with flight information screens.
